Tips & Trick : Belin Mobil BMW E39 Second

Tips Membeli Mobil BMW E39

a. Pastiin service record lengkap
b. Liat interior, cari yg rapi bin lengkap…kalo ada yg ilang mahal hehehehe…
c. Electrical di cek semua kaya lampu2 (luar n dalem) power window
d. coba kontak (*jgn idupin mesin dulu…pastiin lampu2 di instrumen cluster nyala semua selama bbrp detik (ABS, Handbrake, ASC, airbags, and mati setelah bbrp detik_
e. Kalo ngga sediain duit buat dibawa ke Bengkel resmi atau spesialis untuk general check up (di beres kena 540rb termasuk PPN and kalo di spesialis ya lebih murah dari tu..mungkin 300an)Walopun ga mungkin kedeteksi 100% tp seenggaknya menyeluruh periksanya…*ada info di Beres harus wanti2 supaya di scan make software yg tepat untuk mobil dibawah tahun 2000.

*Jangan tergiur dgn km rendah, check instrument cluster/spidometer bagian odometernya, pastikan tidak ada “tamper dot” yg artinya odometer pernah dimainkan.

“tamper dot”
odometer tanpa “tamper dot”

** note : 3 foto diatas diambil dari mobil yg berbeda2 makanya angkanya beda2 jauh.

*Selang tabung power steering..again karena usia…langsung diganti ..dia posisi diatas alternator …jd drpd alternator yg kena mending ganti tu selang…500ribuan sepasang (selang besar n kecil)

*Kaki2 kuat tp mahal hueheuheueue…

3. Untuk melihara ni mobil agan – agan tiap service keluar berapa duit ?
*kalo sehat cuma perlu oil filter (85-100rb), busi 6 biji (25rb/pc), air filter 1biji (90-110rb), filter ac 2biji (150-200rb sebiji *tergantung merk), oli 6liter (ganti filter 6.75ltr).

* Bensin : dalkot 1:5

E39 520i 2200cc >> manual jok, knop ac, tilt steering, ..hmm apalagi yah..? nanti deh yg punya E39 520i yg jelasin, yg facelift foglamp nya bulet kecil manis, banyak yg double glass

E39 528i 2800cc >> electric seats, electric tilt steering, apalagi ya..lupa huehehehe

FAN CONTROL GOES HAYWIRE: poorly ventilated final stage resistur/final stage unit (FSR/FSU) modules that are practically sure to go haywire due to poor heat-sink design (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) (8) … Autopsy (1) (2) often causing the battery to drain overnight (1) (2) (3)
CCV FAILS: crankcase ventilation valve diaphragm tears, freezes (1), &/or clogs (1), necessitating CCV replacement (M54,M54,M54) (M52,M52) (M52TU) (M62,M62) (’99 528i) (’98 528i); raising pressures, often causing the OFH oil filter housing to leak (1) (2) (3); frequently blowing the VCG valve cover gasket (1); and sometimes the head gasket (1) (2); often causing vacuum leaks (1) (2) (3)
AMBER ABS/DSC/BRAKE LIGHTS: tack-welded steel resistance-welded Bosch 5.x ABS control module power wires that break off their gold contact because of being too close to engine heat and vibration (1) … Abs control module autopsy (1) (2) (3) (4) … and explanations by 540iman as to why the fancy diagnostic tools fail (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) & accessing the wheel speed sensor at the wheel (1)
